Girth- this measurement is a full circle taken around the dog's stomach. it determines the length of the section of the harness that clips together around the dog's middle. There is some adjustment in this section.
Neck- this measurement is taken around the dogs neck as if you were measuring for a collar. There is some adjustment in this section.
